Jacob Orledge is currently a reporter for the North Dakota Monitor, but has been reporting North Dakota news for years. His reporting covers several big issues concerning citizens today, such as AI data centers, elections, and the recent Presidential visit. This year, Jacob was awarded first prize in the A-Mark Foundation awards for Investigative Journalism for his deep dive into the lack of transparency in the oil industry.
READ Local is a program created in partnership with the North Dakota Newspaper Association to introduce North Dakota citizens to the journalists that report their local news.
