00:00:28,530	Um, we had 2 bidders, Roars and Northwest Contracting, um, both had signed the confidentiality agreement that we had kind of given to them last week for them to see the plans, um, the two bids came in at, uh, Roars was at $96,500 and Northwest Contracting was at $43,197.

So that would be my assumption is just based off kind of availability and maybe the competitiveness of pricing why we’re seeing a a spread. 00:01:44,170	So the plan would be on kind of the northeast corner of the building would be digging up the sidewalk and the curb to lay in a new pipe, um, connecting up to the city’s pipe under the ground and kind of boring it, um, into the building, and at that point just stopping the connection

00:02:01,770	that way we have, um, the utility line there for when we start the next phase of the remodel of the project, um, Provident currently does not have a sprinkler system, so we’re proposing to put one in in the next phase.

I, I have every reason to believe that Northwest Contracting would be able to meet the, meet the bid. I don’t have any uh concerns with that. I guess what we would, we would look for is a motion to accept the bids and award to the low bidder Northwest Contracting.
