What’s uh unique about this particular project is normally street repairs are not part of a, a financing package like.

Updates are part of Mandan’s code related to how we manage trees in the city. These changes don’t add anything new to what we are already doing.

00:17:09,900	Instead, they make the process clearer and more consistent for everyone. The main points were clarifying that when the code says C arborist or forester, it also includes trained staff. This allows the city not just one person to handle inspections, notices, and other duties. And the notification process, we’ve updated how we notify property owners when a tree needs to be trimmed or removed.

00:17:31,330	Notices can be sent by certified mail or posted directly on the property or tree so everyone gets timely and clear information.
